Graze @ the factory offers a variety of indoor and outdoor dining in a magical and authentic atmosphere.
White-washed walls and stained timber ceilings set off the White Room and the Mill Room, reminiscent of early colonial settlement, while the brick and stone set walls of the outdoor provincial style courtyards and wood fired Pizza court hint at a taste of the Mediterranean, complete with olive trees, citrus, lavender and a vegetable and aromatic herb garden.
You’ll even find licorice plants growing there!
Your hosts, Jamie and Cassie Shepley, have been working in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, locally and overseas.
Jamie is the head chef, and has developed a passion throughout his career for providing fresh food whilst using quality local produce in all his dishes.
Cassie is the restaurant manager with extensive experience in the field. Cassie believes that great food should always be matched with outstanding service.
Jamie and Cassie’s enthusiasm and local community backing enable them to bring to you their vision of gourmet food in a unique setting that will make Graze @ the factory an enjoyable experience for all who visit.
Drinks & Woodfired Pizza
On the last friday of each month the Woodfired Pizza is available from 4pm for a real Mediterranean experience. You can sit back, enjoy fresh, hot woodfired pizza while sipping a glass of red wine … and feel like you’re transported to the south of France. Best of all, bookings are not required.
Weddings & Functions
The various venues offered by Graze @ the factory are available for Weddings and Functions. Small parties of less than 50 people can be catered for in the White Room or the Mill Room, while larger parties can be held in the Grand Hall.
The use of the grounds and outdoor dining facilities are also available for hire.
Graze @ the factory offer a range of menus from canapes to full 2 or 3 course meals.
